Akin Gump is rolling out CRM solution, LexisNexis InterAction, as its firmwide business development platform across every practice area. Serle Court’s events programme recognised in Citywealth awards
Serle Court has won silver in the best events programme category at Citywealth’s Brand Management and Reputation Awards. In adapting to the challenges of the pandemic, it replaced in-person events with a bespoke remote programme spanning podcasts to live webinar sessions, including round-table sessions to clients in offshore jurisdictions such as the Cayman Islands and the Channel Islands.
Simmons & Simmons uses app to nudge business development activities
Simmons & Simmons has partnered with the team at HighNetWork to roll out an app which provides staff with daily business development challenges (cards) to encourage regular client interactions. Challenges range in size from six to 24 mins and cover a variety of topics at differing levels of difficulty. Dashboards can be created to create competition and gamification amongst participants.
Making content king in account-based marketing
The PSMG’s design partners, DH Design, has seen its work in the digital publishing arena increase 10-fold and, in addition to producing Centrum on the Foleon platform, the agency now creates publications for clients including the Financial Times, Argus Media, Fastmarkets and Informa. Foleon enables businesses to take high quality content and ensure it performs to its maximum by being integral to account-based marketing systems.

It arms them with digital and technological solutions capable of responding to the needs of the market – specifically with respect to the digitalisation and robotised automation of operational processes that are commonly used in law firms.
