We will ask you for a written entry summarising your application in five clear sections:

  • Objectives (200 words)
  • Strategy (300 words)
  • Implementation (300 words)
  • Results (200 words)
  • Entry Summary (300 words). This section won’t be judged, it will be used for marketing purposes only to promote your company.

For the following categories:

  • HR Team of the Year
  • L&D Team of the year
  • Talent Acquisition Team of the Year
  • Rising Talent in HR
  • HR Director of the Year

We will ask you for a written entry summarising your application in one core section

  • Reason for nomination (750 words)
  • Entry Summary (300 words). This section won’t be judged, it will be used for marketing purposes only to promote your company.

Upload up to two supporting images to illustrate your entry - perhaps an image of a range of training or communication materials or chart or graphic to represent achievement against objectives. These images must be a single page image, eg: a photo of an HR manual or communication piece, and not a pdf of the full document. Any additional material uploaded will be removed before judging process begins, to ensure a fair process.

You can enter the same initiative in multiple categories. We do advise that you read each category description carefully and adjust your entry copy to ensure that you reflect the particular criteria in each new category.
