What is MATCH?
MATCH facilitates business meetings with buyers of HR solutions through a bespoke algorithm, based on detailed intelligence gathered from qualified buyers.
The MATCH portal provides you with a list of recommended matches for business meetings from among our delegates. The matches are based on our delegates purchasing goals and your solution features. We will work on your behalf to ensure you have the maximum number of possible meetings onsite (from 6 meetings, up to the maximum of 15).
MATCH Meeting buyers want you to:
- Be prepared and be on time – use the profile information to familiarise yourself with their challenges before the meeting and don’t keep them waiting.
- Not waste precious meeting minutes. The meeting time will go by quickly, have an agenda ready.
- Not pitch: You already have their interest, they chose to meet with you above 50 other vendors in the MATCH process. This is an opportunity to build a relationship and show that you really can solves the issues they are facing. Make it personal to them and their company.
- Set a follow up and get feedback from the delegate on how they feel the meeting went.
