What to expect
1
Opening Refreshments:
This is a good opportunity to make new connections with those securing their early morning caffeine fix at the exhibition Café, and eager to get the best out of their first day at the Summit.
2
Opening Keynotes:
Attending the opening keynotes are essential and allow you to –
- Immerse yourself in the key talking points of the Summit, ready to have great discussions later in the day.
- Hear from the Chairperson on how delegates are encouraged to use their time at the Summit, and undercover even more ways to connect with them.
- Make instant connections with the decision makers seated around you – this goes for every session!
3
MATCH Meetings:
With all preparation completed, make your way to the MATCH area in good time for your first set of meetings. For more information on how to make MATCH Meetings a success see our quick guide to MATCH Meetings.
4
Workshops:
From late morning until late afternoon there will be anywhere from two to four workshops, technology showcases lightening talks and CoLabs taking place across the exhibition and conference rooms. Go to as many as you can and engage with decision makers.
5
Lunch:
Within each refreshment break there is lots going on at the Summit and while it is key to ensure some team members stay on your stand to receive delegates, it is absolutely essentially that the majority of your team are proactively approaching delegates and engaging in conversations across the full exhibition hall.
6
Closing Keynotes:
This is the perfect opportunity to re-immerse yourself in the talking points of the day and find out the all-important daily wrap-up from our Chairperson, to arm yourself with key talking points ahead of a key networking opportunity – the drinks reception.
7
HRD Drinks Reception:
Get ahead of the crowd, jump in early and secure a good position to network close to the bar. If you have planned dinner reservations in advance, this is the key opportunity to invite further attendees.
